Heimstaden Bostad plans benchmark-sized unsubordinated hybrid notes

Chicago, Jan. 25 – Heimstaden Bostad AB is in the market for a perpetual issue of hybrid notes with an initial non-call period of 6.25 years (BB+), according to stabilization notice.

BNP Paribas, Danske Bank, Deutsche Bank, ING, Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank, JPMorgan and Nordea are the bookrunners for the notes.

The offering will be used for future acquisitions and to repay bank debt or short-term bonds, according to S&P Global Ratings.

Heimstaden is a real estate company based in Malmo, Sweden.
