Taiwan’s Aerospace Industrial plans NT$3 billion bonds for 2019

Morgantown, W.Va., Nov. 9 – Aerospace Industrial Development Corp. said it plans to issue up to NT$3 billion of bonds with maturities of up to seven years in 2019.

The company’s board of directors approved the proposed issuance on Friday.

The company plans to price the bonds at par.

Proceeds from the public offering will be used to meet medium- and long-term financing needs.

The aerospace company is based in Taichung, Taiwan.
