Bon-Ton Stores to start roadshow Wednesday for $525 million eight-year notes

St. Louis, Feb. 17 - Bon-Ton Stores Inc. will begin a roadshow on Wednesday for its $525 million offering of eight-year senior notes (B2/B-), according to an informed source.

The roadshow is set to conclude on March 2.

Banc of America Securities LLC and Citigroup are joint bookrunners for the notes, which will be marketed via Rule 144A with registration rights.

Proceeds will be used to help fund the acquisition of Saks Inc.'s Northern Department Store Group.

Bon-Ton Stores is a York, Pa., regional department store chain.
