Naftogaz of Ukraine’s Kondor invites noteholders to attend CEO call

Los Angeles, Dec. 21 – NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine and subsidiary Kondor Finance plc issued an announcement on Wednesday to holders of three series of outstanding notes. Kondor is the issuer, and Naftogaz is the borrower on those notes.

The issuer is inviting holders of the followings notes to attend a call chaired by Naftogaz chief executive officer M. Oleksiy Chernyshov:

• $335 million 7 3/8% loan participation notes due 2022 (ISIN: XS2027393938);

• €600 million 7 1/8% loan participation notes due 2024 (ISIN: XS2027394233); and

• $500 million 7 5/8% loan participation notes due 2026 (ISINs: XS2077601610, US50050MAB19).

The call will be held at 10 a.m. ET on Dec. 22.

On this call, the CEO will provide an update on Naftogaz’s situation and outline the company’s principles and process of engagement with noteholders in view of resolving the continuing events of default with respect to the 2022 notes and 2026 notes.

This update will be followed by a Q&A session.

The event will be hosted on a Webex platform provided by Dechert LLP and will be moderated by Dechert. No registration or identification with an actual email will be required.

During the call, noteholders will be able to submit questions to Naftogaz management in three ways: via the Q&A feature of the Webex portal, on an anonymous basis vis à vis Naftogaz and Dechert; via Dechert, on an anonymous basis vis à vis Naftogaz; or via phone line.
