Creditors for Naftogaz of Ukraine’s Kondor to meet March 10

Buffalo, N.Y., March 6 – NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine and subsidiary Kondor Finance plc will hold a noteholder meeting for all holders of its $335 million 7 3/8% loan participation notes due 2022 (ISIN: XS2027393938) and $500 million 7 5/8% loan participation notes due 2026 (ISINs: XS2077601610, US50050MAB19), according to an announcement on Monday.
The call is scheduled to take place at 8 a.m. ET on March 10.
Similar to the CEO Webex meeting conducted Dec. 22, 2022, the call will be chaired by Naftogaz chief executive officer M. Oleksiy Chernyshov. Anthony Marino, chairperson of Naftogaz’s supervisory board, and Yuriy Butsa, Ukraine’s government commissioner for public debt management, will also participate on the call.
On this call, the hosts will provide an update on Naftogaz’s situation and outline the company’s principles and process of engagement with noteholders in view of resolving the continuing events of default with respect to the 2022 notes and 2026 notes.
As with the previous event, the update will be followed by a live Q&A session.
The event will be hosted on a Webex platform provided and moderated by Lazard. No registration or identification with an actual email will be required.
