Chicago, July 19 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.03 million of 0% capped accelerated barrier notes due Jan. 4, 2024 linked to the KraneShares CSI China Internet ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the ETF gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus 300% of the return of the ETF, capped at par plus 50%. The payout will be par if the ETF declines but finishes at or above its 70% barrier. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the ETF declines if it closes below its barrier.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
