New Issue: HSBC sells $1.08 million digital barrier securities tied to KraneShares CSI China Internet

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 19 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $1.08 million of 0% digital barrier securities due Nov. 1, 2022 linked to the KraneShares CSI China Internet ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the ETF finishes at or above its 70% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the digital upside return of 29.5%.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the ETF from its initial level.
