BNG Bank five-year social notes talked at mid-swaps plus 48 bps

Buffalo, N.Y., May 11 – BNG Bank NV plans to sell dollar-denominated social notes due May 19, 2028 that are talked in the SOFR mid-swaps plus 48 basis point area, according to a market source on Thursday.

Citi, Credit Agricole CIB, Daiwa and RBC are the bookrunners for the Regulation S and Rule 144A offering.

The private banking company is based in The Hague.
