New Issue: BNG Bank sells €1.75 billion 0.25% sustainable bond due 2032

Chicago, Jan. 6 – BNG Bank NV (Aaa/AAA/AAA) sold €1.75 billion of 0.25% sustainable bonds with a 10-year tenor at 99.547 to yield 0.296%, according to a market source.

The spread priced as mid-swaps minus 3 basis points, or Bunds plus 42.5 bps.

BNP Paribas, BofA Securities, JPMorgan and TD Securities are the bookrunners with BNP handling billing and delivery and leading the deal.

Proceeds will be used for lending to all sustainability-linked expenditures of Dutch municipalities as defined by the bank’s sustainable finance framework.

The Regulation S notes will be listed on the Luxembourg Green Exchange.

The private banking company is based in The Hague.
