BNG Bank offers dollar-denominated five-year sustainable notes

Tupelo, Miss., Nov. 16 – BNG Bank NV (Aaa/AAA/AA+) plans to price a Rule 144A and Regulation S dollar-denominated offering of five-year sustainable notes, according to a market source.

Bookrunners are BMO Capital Markets Corp., Scotia Capital (USA) Inc. and TD Securities (USA) LLC.

The banking services company, formerly known as N.V. Bank Nederlandse Gemeenten, is based in The Hague, Netherlands.
