China Evergrande resets scheme meetings date, adjourns for 29 days

Chicago, Aug. 28 – China Evergrande Group is moving its scheme meetings to September, according to a press release.

The reset in the schedule represents a 29-day adjournment.

The extension is intended to maximize creditor engagement and support informed decision making.

A development scheme creditors should be aware of is that the company’s stock started trading again in Hong Kong on Aug. 28.

Evergrande meetings will start at 8 a.m. ET on Sept. 26.

Further, meetings for Scenery Journey Ltd. and Tianji Holding Ltd. will be adjourned for 28 days.

The Scenery Journey meeting will be held at 9 a.m. ET on Sept. 25.

The Tianji meeting will start at 8 a.m. ET on Sept. 25.
