S&P revises Kiwi VFS outlook to positive
S&P revised the outlook on Kiwi VFS to positive from stable on positive expectations and affirmed its B rating on the company.
The outlook revision reflects our view that strong EBITDA growth, fueled by solid organic growth and the successful integration of acquisitions in 2018, will result in adjusted debt to EBITDA below 5x over the next 12 months, compared with 7.4x in 2018.
