New Issue: China’s Liuzhou Dongtong sells $140 million 7% bonds due 2022

Chicago, May 22 – Liuzhou Dongtong Investment & Development Co., Ltd. priced $140 million of 7% bonds, according to a Wednesday notice.

Guotai Junan International and CCB International were the joint global coordinators, joint lead managers and joint bookrunners.

Bocom International, CMBC Capital, CRIC Securities and Prestige Securities Ltd. were also joint lead managers and joint bookrunners.

The company operates as an infrastructure investment and construction company in Liuzhou, China.
