SCL plans to redeem five classes of floating-rate notes due 2038

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 10 – SCL - Scandinavian Consumer Loans V plans to redeem five classes of floating-rate notes due 2038, according to a notice.

The following will be redeemed on the step-up date at par plus accrued interest up to but excluding the step-up date:

• SEK 1,098,600,000 of class A floating-rate notes;

• SEK 274.65 million of class B floating-rate notes;

• SEK 183.1 million of class C floating-rate notes;

• SEK 109.86 million of class D floating-rate notes; and

• SEK 164.79 million of class E floating-rate notes.
