Moody’s rates Luminor bonds Aa1

Moody’s Investors Service said it assigned a provisional (P)Aa1 long-term rating to the mortgage-covered bonds issued by Luminor Bank AS.

At present, the total value of the assets included in the cover pool is about €733 million, comprising 12,368 residential mortgage loans and substitute assets. The residential mortgage loans have a weighted-average seasoning of 72 months and weighted-average unindexed and indexed loan-to-value ratios of 78% and 4%, respectively.

Moody’s said it issues provisional ratings in advance of the final sale of securities and these ratings only represent Moody’s preliminary opinion.
