Amynta launches $1.04 billion term loan at SOFR plus 450 bps

New York, Dec. 11 – Amynta held a lender call at 2 p.m. ET on Monday to launch a $1.037 billion term loan due February 2028 that is talked at SOFR plus 450 basis points with a 0% floor and a par issue price, according to a market source.

The term loan has 101 soft call protection for six months and 0 bps CSA, the source said.

BofA Securities Inc. is the left lead on the deal.

Commitments are due at noon ET on Friday, the source added.

Proceeds will be used to reprice an existing term loan down from SOFR+10 bps CSA plus 500 bps with a 0% floor.
