By Sara Rosenberg

New York, Nov. 22 – Amynta Group upsized its non-fungible incremental term loan B due February 2025 to $175 million from $150 million and set pricing at SOFR plus 500 basis points, the high end of the SOFR plus 475 bps to 500 bps talk, according to a market source.

In addition, the original issue discount on the incremental term loan firmed at 95, the tight end of the 94 to 95 talk, the source said.

The incremental term loan still has a 0% floor and 101 soft call protection for six months.

BofA Securities Inc. is the lead on the deal.

Recommitments were scheduled to be due at 11:30 a.m. ET on Tuesday, the source added.

Proceeds will be used to repay revolving credit facility borrowings and add cash to the balance sheet.

Amynta Group is a New York City-based provider of property, casualty and specialty insurance as well as warranty and protection.
