New Issue: GS Finance sells $513,000 notes on S&P 500 Daily Risk Control

Olympia, Wash., Aug. 5 – GS Finance Corp. priced $513,000 of 0% notes due Feb. 3, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 Daily Risk Control 10% USD Excess Return index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the index return, capped at $1,092.50 per $1,000 of notes.

Otherwise, the payout will be par.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC is the agent.
