Chicago, Jan. 3 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1 million of 0% notes due Jan. 24, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 Daily Risk Control 10% USD Excess Return index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

The payout at maturity will be par plus the index return with no cap.

Otherwise, the payout will be par.
