New Issue: BofA Finance sells $332,000 notes on S&P 500 Daily Risk Control 10% USD Excess Return

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 4 – BofA Finance LLC priced $332,000 of 0% notes due March 28, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 Daily Risk Control 10% USD Excess Return index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Bank of America Corp.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 110% of the index return.

Otherwise, the payout will be par.

BofA Merrill Lynch is the agent.
