Chicago, May 8 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $10,000 of 0% dual directional notes due Jan. 3, 2028 linked to the performance of the S&P 500 Daily Risk Control 10% USD Excess Return index, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 115% of the absolute index return.
