Moody's turns Grupo Energía Bogota view to stable

Moody's Investors Service said it changed the outlook to stable from negative and affirmed the Baa2 issuer and debt ratings assigned to Grupo Energia Bogota SA ESP.

The revised outlook follows the outlook change of the Bogota, Distrito Capital. The company’s outlook reflects the outlook change of Bogota, also rated Baa2, the support provider, which provides rating uplift under the agency’s analytical framework for government-related issuers, Moody’s said.
