European Credit (Luxembourg) seeks to extend two series of floaters

Morgantown, W.Va., April 10 – European Credit (Luxembourg) SA is seeking to extend the maturity of its series 558 and series 702 floating-rate notes.

The issuer wants to push the maturity date for each series out to May 27, 2020.

The series 558 notes, issued in May 2005, and the series 702 notes, issued in May 2006, are currently set to mature May 2019.

The issuer is requesting that holders agree to the extension by delivering acceptance notices to agent Banque Internationale a Luxembourg SA by May 2.

The investment management company is based in Luxembourg.
