OneDigital readies launch of $460 million term loan for Monday

New York, Sept. 20 – OneDigital (Achilles Acquisition LLC) will hold a lender call on Monday to launch a $460 million seven-year first-lien term loan (B3), according to a market source.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the lead bank on the deal.

Proceeds will be used to refinance existing bank debt, fund near-term acquisitions and fund a dividend.

OneDigital is an Atlanta-based employee benefits insurance broker.
