New Issue: Hejun Shunze Investment sells $300 million 10.4% three-year notes

New York, Dec. 9 – China’s Hejun Shunze Investment Co., Ltd. sold $300 million of 10.4% senior notes due March 9, 2023 (ISIN: XS2262052686), according to an announcement.

The lead managers and bookrunners are Guotai Junan Securities (Hong Kong) Ltd.; Credit Suisse (Hong Kong) Ltd.; Merrill Lynch (Asia Pacific) Ltd.; CMBC Securities Co. Ltd.; Deutsche Bank AG, Hong Kong Branch; Bank of East Asia, Ltd.; China Galaxy International Securities (Hong Kong) Co. Ltd.; and Orient Securities (Hong Kong) Ltd.

The principal paying agent its Citibank, NA, London Branch.

The real estate developer is based in Chengdu.
