Prospect News reports three new defaults for week of Sept. 6-Sept. 12

Pittsburgh, Sept. 14 – Prospect News reported three new defaults for the week of Sept. 6 through Sept. 12.

Specifically, Prospect News reported a Chapter 11 bankruptcy filings made by Product Quest Manufacturing, LLC and Open Road Films, LLC and a Chapter 15 bankruptcy filing made by Kraus Carpet Inc.

So far in 2018, Prospect News has reported 110 defaults, including 56 Chapter 11 bankruptcy filings, 19 missed interest payments, four missed principal payments, three each of missed principal and interest payments, bankruptcies, Chapter 7 bankruptcy filings and distressed exchanges, two each of administration, Chapter 15 bankruptcy filings, liquidations, debt-for-equity exchanges and schemes of arrangement and one each of Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act filings, compulsory liquidations, insolvencies, involuntary Chapter 7 cases, missed interest payments paid late, missed payments, moratoriums, recapitalizations and restructurings.
