S&P drops Bolivia view to negative

Standard & Poor's said it revised its outlook on the Republic of Bolivia to negative from stable.

At the same time, S&P said it affirmed its B- long-term and C short-term credit ratings on the country.

The agency said the revised outlook is based on weakening governing ability derived from increasingly severe political fragmentation across regional, social and ethnic divisions.
