Fitch cuts Andromeda Finance notes

Fitch Ratings said it downgraded Andromeda Finance Srl's class A1 notes due 2028 to BBB- from BBB. The notes are guaranteed by SACE SpA.

The downgrade of the class A1 notes reflects the May 7 downgrade of SACE to BBB-, Fitch said.

The outlook is stable.
