Tupelo, Miss., Sept. 5 – Equinor ASA (Aa2/AA-) priced $1 billion of 3.625% 10-year guaranteed notes on Wednesday at a spread of Treasuries plus 75 basis points, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes priced at 99.834 to yield 3.645%.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and BofA Merrill Lynch were the bookrunners.
The notes are guaranteed by subsidiary Equinor Energy AS.
Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
Equinor ASA, formerly known as Statoil ASA, is an oil, gas, wind and solar energy company based in Stavanger, Norway.
