New Issue: Korea’s Naver sells $500 million 1˝% notes due 2026

Concord, N.H., March 29 – Naver Corp. sold $500 million 1˝% of notes due 2026 (/A-/), which will be listed on the Singapore Exchange, according to a listing notice.

Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc and Mirae Asset Daewoo Co. Ltd. were bookrunners and lead managers of the Regulation S transaction.

The internet search engine and e-commerce platform is based in Korea.
