Eurotog notifies Bonitron that it may not be able to service debt

Chicago, July 12 – Eurotorg LLC informed Bonitron DAC that it may not be able to service its debt due to restrictions and sanctions against Belarusian banks and financial entities, according to an announcement.

The announcement relates to Bonitron’s $300 million outstanding 9% loan participation notes due 2025 that were issued on behalf of Eurotog.

Bonitron is a Dublin-based special purpose entity. Eurotorg is a supermarket operator based in Minsk, Belarus.
