Bonitron: Eurotorg begins buyout program for $20 million 8¾% notes

Columbus, Ohio, March 16 – Bonitron DAC said Eurotorg LLC, the borrower under the $350 million 8¾% loan participation notes due 2022 (ISIN: XS1577952010) issued by Bonitron, is starting a buyout program for up to $20 million of the notes from March 16 to April 30.

Notes purchased will be canceled or held in treasury, according to a notice.

Eurotorg has entered into an investment services agreement with Renaissance Securities (Cyprus) Ltd. for purchase orders.

Currently, $340,361,000 principal amount of the notes is outstanding.

Bonitron is a Dublin-based special purpose entity. It issued the notes on behalf of Eurotorg, a supermarket operator based in Minsk, Belarus.
