VCO CLO 2018-1 holders discuss redemption of all classes of notes

Olympia, Wash., Feb. 19 – VCO CLO 2018-1, LLC said some holders of its notes have entered into discussions relating to a potential refinancing of all classes of notes.

Holders of the class A notes (Cusips: 91823GAA6, U92197AA7), class B notes (Cusips: 91823GAC2, U92197AB5), class C notes (Cusips: 91823GAE8, U92197AC3), class D notes (Cusips: 91823GAG3, U92197AD1) and class E notes (Cusip: 91823GAJ7) were notified.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the trustee.
