Chicago, Aug. 30 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $11.53 million of contingent coupon autocallable yield notes due Aug. 27, 2021 linked to Boeing Co. stock, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will pay a contingent quarterly coupon at an annual rate of 8% if the underlying stock closes at or above its 68.75% coupon barrier on the observation date for that quarter.
The notes will be called at par if the stock closes at or above its initial level on any review date.
The payout at maturity will be par unless the stock closes below its 68.75% knock-in level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to any losses.
