New Issue: JPMorgan prices $500,000 11% autocallable yield notes on three stocks

Chicago, Sept. 27 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $500,000 of autocallable yield notes due Feb. 2, 2023 linked to the common stocks of Meta Platforms, Inc., Boeing Co. and Qualcomm, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Investors will receive a coupon of 11%, paid quarterly.

The notes will be called at par if each stock closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly review date.

The payout at maturity will be par unless any stock finishes below its buffer level, 75% of its initial level, in which case investors will lose 1.33333% for each 1% decline beyond the 25% buffer.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
