Chicago, July 30 – Vranken-Pommery Monopole said it issued €50 million of 4% seven-year notes to institutional investors.
The issue was arranged by Natixis.
“The product of this program will come in substitution of current financings,” according to an announcement. “The group thus secures its debt by lengthening its maturity, in a favorable market context.”
