Ken Garff to host conference call on 2019 financial results

New York, March 24 – Ken Garff Automotive Group said it will host a conference call for current noteholders, prospective institutional purchasers and the trustee to discuss its 2019 financial results on April 6.

The call will be held at 1 p.m. ET.

Current noteholders and institutional purchasers with access to the company’s private data room will receive instructions on the call. Other noteholders and institutional purchasers should contact Jim Campbell, Ken Garff’s chief financial officer, to obtain access to the company’s financial statements and information concerning the call.

Ken Garff has a $375 million note due 2023 with a 7½% coupon.

The company has dealerships in Utah, Texas, Iowa, Nevada, Michigan and California.
