New Issue: KB Securities sells $300 million of 2 1/8% five-year notes

Buffalo, N.Y., Nov. 1 – KB Securities Co. Ltd. issued $300 million of 2 1/8% senior notes due Nov. 1, 2026 (A3), according to a listing notice on Monday.

The notes were issued under the company’s $2 billion medium-term note program.

Citigroup Global Markets Ltd., HSBC Ltd., KB Securities Hong Kong Ltd. and Societe Generale served as joint lead managers and joint bookrunners for the offering.

According to Moody’s Investors Service, proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The listing for the bonds is expected on the Singapore Exchange effective Nov. 2.

The financial services company provides brokerage, securities dealing, underwriting, corporate finance, mutual funds, online trading and derivatives.
