Moody’s gives KB Securities notes A3

Moody’s Investors Service said it gave an A3 long-term foreign-currency senior unsecured rating to KB Securities Co. Ltd.’s planned senior unsecured notes. The notes will be sold under KB’s $2 billion medium-term note program.

The A3 rating is in line with KB’s long-term issuer rating, Moody’s said.

The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The outlook is stable.
