Bulgaria’s Severcoop offers BGN 20 million eight-year secured notes

Portland, Ore., July 10 – Bulgaria-based Severcoop Gamza Holding AD plans to issue BGN 20 million, or approximately €10.2 million, of 5% eight-year senior secured notes, according to information posted with the Sofia Stock Exchange.

The issuer is a diversified holding company based in Sofia.
