Moody's gives Keurig notes Baa2

Moody's Investors Service said it gave a Baa2 rating to Keurig Dr Pepper Inc.'s new senior unsecured notes issued in multiple tranches.

The agency affirmed the issuer’s senior unsecured rating on Feb. 26, 2021.

The proceeds will be used to refinance debt, thereby extending maturities, as well as reducing interest expense.

The outlook remains stable.
