Keurig Dr Pepper to redeem outstanding senior notes

New York, March 1 – Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. plans to redeem certain outstanding senior notes using proceeds from a public offering of senior notes and the company’s intent to enter a new 364-day revolving credit facility, according to a news release.

The beverage conglomerate is based in Burlington, Mass.
