Advanced Food to launch new credit facility Thursday

New York, Feb. 12 - Advanced Food is scheduled to hold a bank meeting on Thursday to launch a new credit facility, according to a market source.

Wachovia is the lead bank on the deal.

Proceeds will be used to fund a dividend recapitalization.
