Des Moines, March 3 - Advanced Explorations Inc. said it finalized arrangements for the C$12 million private placement of shares that was announced on Dec. 6. The company will also issue a five-year convertible debenture for C$53 million.
Melville Capital Corp. is the agent for both deals, according to a press release.
The placement consisted of 3 million common shares at C$4.00 apiece.
The debenture will bear interest at Prime rate plus 100 basis points. It will be convertible into common shares at C$5.25 per share.
Advanced Explorations is a Toronto-based petroleum and mineral exploration company.
