New Issue: TD sells $2 million capped leveraged notes on stock basket

Olympia, Wash., Nov. 7 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $2 million of 0% capped leveraged notes due Dec. 3, 2020 linked to an equally-weighted basket of stocks, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
The stocks in the basket are Apple Inc., Amazon.com, Inc., salesforce.com, inc., DocuSign, Inc., ServiceNow, Inc., RingCentral, Inc., Atlassian Corp. plc, Twilio Inc., Veeva Systems Inc., Zendesk, Inc. and Zoom Video Communications, Inc.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of any basket gain, capped at $1,240 per $1,000 principal amount.
Investors will be fully exposed to any decline in the basket.
TD Securities (USA) LLC and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. are the agents.
