TD Bank plans to price digital notes due 2020 linked to DocuSign

Olympia, Wash., June 12 – Toronto-Dominion Bank plans to price 0% digital notes due July 2, 2020 linked to the common stock of DocuSign, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes at or above its 70% threshold level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 11.95%.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1.4286% for each 1% decline beyond 30%.

TD Securities (USA) LLC is the underwriter.

The notes will price on June 14.

The Cusip number is 89114QY28.
