New Issue: TD Bank sells $305,000 capped buffered return enhanced notes on basket

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 14 – Toronto Dominion Bank priced $305,000 of 0% capped buffered return notes due June 1, 2022 linked to an equally-weighted basket containing six stocks, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The basket contains the common stocks of Bank of America Corp., Caterpillar Inc., Expedia Group, Inc., Honeywell International Inc., Lyft, Inc. and Wynn Resorts, Ltd.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any basket gain up to par plus 21.4%.

Investors will receive par if the basket falls by up to 15% and will lose 1.1765% for each 1% decline beyond the 15% buffer.
