New Issue: KfW sells $4 billion 3.125% long three-year global notes at 99.898

Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 10 – KfW (Aaa/AAA/AAA) priced $4 billion of 3.125% global notes Dec. 15, 2021 on Wednesday at 99.898, according to an FWP filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
BofA Merrill Lynch, Nomura Securities International, Inc. and TD Securities (USA) LLC are the lead managers.
KfW is a government-backed bank based in Frankfurt. The notes will be guaranteed by the Federal Republic of Germany.
