KfW global notes due 2025 talked at SOFR mid-swaps plus 23 bps area

Knoxville, Tenn., June 23 – KfW (Aaa/AAA/AAA) plans to price global notes due June 10, 2025, according to a market source.

The notes are initially talked to price with a spread in the SOFR mid-swaps plus 23 basis points area.

Citigroup, Morgan Stanley and Nomura are the bookrunners.

KfW is a government-backed bank based in Frankfurt.
