S&P alters Edward Don view to stable

S&P said it changed its outlook for Edward Don & Co Holdings LLC to stable from negative and the B- ratings on the issuer and its first-lien term loan.

“The revised outlook reflects Edward Don's improving performance trends due to moderating cost pressures and steady demand. We expect the company's credit metrics will improve this year as it increases its sales volumes in the high-single-digit range, leading to an improvement in its operating leverage and EBITDA margin growth. The company has benefitted from positive customer demand trends as cost pressures related to elevated wages and supply chain pressures continue to moderate in the year,” S&P said in a press release.
